Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Villa ima prekrasan vrt te veliki travnjak za igru i zabavu (trampolin , nogometni golovi). Villa je pažljivo namještena , kvalitetnim namještajem te velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Tradicionalni i moderni elementi stapaju se tvoreći jednu zanimljivu cjelinu.

Ova se vila nalazi u malom selu Golubovo, nedaleko od Bala i Barbarige. Lokacija je idealna za pravi obiteljski odmor, a prekrasna priroda i plaže udaljeni su samo nekoliko kilometara, a za oko 20 minuta vožnje automobilom možete posjetiti veće gradove: Rovinj i Pulu. Vila može primiti 9 osoba, u prizemlju ove toplo namještene vile nalazi se dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i kaminom, kao i spavaća soba i kupaonica, dok su ostale sobe i kupaonice na katu kuće.
