The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Located on Galveston Island within walking distance of Babe’s beach and 61st Fishing Pier (just added a bar on the second level), Casa Del Mar Beachfront Suites offer a kitchen and free WiFi. TWO outdoor pools are located on site. The Galveston Pleasure Pier is just a 7-minute drive away. This place offers a private balcony with a partial gulf view. We have a modern seaside vibe - calm and cultivated. We are a few minutes walk to the Seawall and the Grand Galvez or a few minutes drive to the fun shops on the Strand downtown. For those who prefer to drive to the beach we can provide guidance on some secret free parking spaces nearby!
