While the lake itself may not be suitable for swimming or fishing, the serene setting and ample recreational opportunities make this property a true gem.

40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

Cozy Cottage- just one block from historic Main Street, close to restaurants, a grocery store, and local shopping. A perfect location for exploring the national parks: only 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon and 50 minutes to Zion. We provide everything you need to feel right at home, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, hotel-quality bedding, and memory foam mattresses!

Barndominum style home finished in 2019. Sits alone on 50 acres with picturesque views of the mountains and overlooks the Panguitch Valley. Private entrance and living space including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen and a living room. One king bed and one queen so the space can comfortably sleep 4. Close access to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Panguitch Lake, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Duck Creek Village, Escalante National Monument and much more.

Hilltop Cottage

Hilltop Cottage. The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
