The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

meine schöne, lichtdurchflutete altbauwohnung mit beeindruckend hohen decken und sehr geräumigen zimmern befindet sich mitten im zentrum, in einer kleinen ruhigen nebenstraße. 700 meter vom hauptbahnhof, 50 meter von der fußgängerzone entfernt. u- und s-bahn sowie cafés, restaurants und supermärkte sind in direkter umgebung. ich wohne im nachbarhaus, daher ist meine adresse als kontakt hinterlegt.

Lage im Erdgeschoß, eigener Eingang, ruhig*, im Grünen; eigener Parkplatz. Die großen Arenen in Bochum, Dortmund und Gelsenkirchen sind per Bus und Bahn ganz gut erreichbar.

Es sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte (HBF, Bermuda-Dreieck, Schauspielhaus uvm) ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Ich möchte höflich darauf hinweisen, dass der Empfang von Gästen in der angemieteten Wohnung nicht gestattet ist.
