It is close to the safe bathing and surfing beach at Praa Sands and only a 5-minute drive to the coast path car park at Rinsey Cove. The beautiful harbour village of Porthleven is a foodies' paradise and is only a 7-minute drive away. The cottage is well placed for the many attractions that West Cornwall has to offer. The cottage is cleaned and sanitised to a high standard.

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. Camellia is just a 10 mins walk away from glorious Praa Sands beach. The beach is manned by lifeguards through the summer. It is close to restaurants. All the major supermarkets are only 1.5 to 7 miles away. The property is furnished to a good standard providing comfortable accommodation with a small peaceful rear garden. Please note: Camellia is relatively small unit. Ideal for a couple.
