Outside is a deck to enjoy the afternoon sun while the rear courtyard captures the morning rays and is where you'll find a hot shower.

The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.
