Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

We can offer a parking space and, if desired, lockable storage spaces for bicycles. A playground is located right next door. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Additional electrical appliances and baking utensils further enhance the options for pleasant cooking. Shopping facilities are easily accessible nearby. For longer stays, the use of our washing machine/dryer can be arranged. Cost per wash cycle is €5. Weilburg (2.5 km away) and the Lahn Valley offer interesting recreational and leisure opportunities. Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. NEW: Netflix and amazon prime are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Parking infant of the house. Burg Gemünden ist eine ehemalige Burg aus dem 13. Jhd., die zur Barockzeit zu Wohnzwecken umgebaut wurde. Das Herrenhaus bietet 6 großzügige Schlafzimmer mit Platz für bis zu 6 Familien und Gruppen bis 12 Erwachsenen. Es können 20 Personen in 5 Doppelbetten und auf guten Matratzen untergebracht werden. Daneben bietet das Gebäude großzügige Aufenthaltsbereiche. 1 großen Wohn- und Esssalon mit offenem Kamin. 1 kleinen Salon. 1 große Küche, Bibliothek, 1 Sauna, 1 Whirlpool (Benutzung 150€ extra).

Alternativ sind erholsame Spaziergänge oder Ausflüge (z.B. Kanufahrten auf der Lahn) möglich. Die Univeritätsstadt Gießen liegt um´s Eck!

Ein kleines Fachwerkhäuschen bietet Platz für 4 - 5 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss sind der Eingangsbereich und die Küche, oben das Bad, die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, 180 cm, zusätzlich gibt es über dem Wohnzimmer eine Hochbettebene für zwei Personen, 140 cm. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa für 1 Person. Die Leiter zu dem Hochbett lässt sich nicht entfernen oder sperren. Das sollten Sie bedenken, wenn Sie mit Kindern anreisen wollen.

Der mittelalterliche Markplatz mit seinen historischen Fachwerkhäusern gehört zu den schönsten in Deutschland. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang mit Videotürsprechanlage. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof befindet sich 3 Fussgängerminuten entfernt.
