Very modern and house is upgraded to the max. House is 1,700 sf, 3 bed, 2 bath with an outdoor bar, pool and spa. The pool is not heated but the Spa more than makes up for it. The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park and basketball courts. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The freeway is about 1 mile away. Shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 1-2 miles radius. Everything you need is all there which is very convenient.

Outdoor gas BBQ and indoor fully stocked kitchen. The community pool is just at the end of the street. Pool is not heated.
