When you book a stay you will be surrounded by nature, waking to wild birdsong and a glorious sunrise and visited by red deer in the evening with spectacular sunsets and Aurora.

The Jacobite’s Lodge is a converted 1820 farmhouse in Spey Valley, 1 mile from Kingussie in the Cairngorms National Park. Sleeping up to 10 guests over two floors, it includes a ground floor bedroom and family bathroom, ideal for families and groups. As well as a large kitchen/dining area for hosting. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Summer in Scotland is famous for its long nights. In mid July sunset will be 22.10 so you can still play golf or hike long into the evening! The long daylight hours in July make the cottage the perfect place for exploring this wonderful region, whether on foot, bike or car.
