Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

This cottage with elevated views is approx. 10km from Nelson. The modern interior has a dining area and kitchen equipped with a bench and sink, hot plate, microwave and fridge/freezer; a living area with a fold-out double bed settee and tv; and a delightful bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet. Parking is available, continuous gas-fired hot water, gas-fired BBQ, free WIFI, clean linen and towels etc. Washing and drying machines can be available.

House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean.
