The cottage is in a central location in Glenridding where all the amenities (pubs, shops and cafes) are literally a 2 to 5 mins walk away. Many other Lake District attractions are only a short drive away. The cottage is on a no through road and therefore the garden/patio is a great place to relax and the cottage is ideal for a perfect nights sleep.

We are located in Patterdale, on the southern tip of Ullswater and at the foot of Helvellyn. Our location is perfect for bagging a Wainwright or two, running a Lakeland trail or going for a trip on an Ullswater Steamer, a great starting point to walk Helvellyn & Striding Edge too. We are enroute for both Wainwright's C2C walk and the Ullswater Way. Built in 1902, this self contained apartment was historically the station end of Patterdale Police Station.
