This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die MONOCEROS hat alles, was man für eine kuschelige Auszeit und romantische Abende braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt

Arbeiten und Wohnen mit Anbindung an die Hauptstadt - gemütliches 1-Zimmer-Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit einem französischen Bett (1,40 Meter breit) ausgestattet. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Bus, etwa eine Stunde mit Bus und Bahn in die Berliner City. Gute Anbindung mit dem Auto an die A100 und die A24. In unmittelbarere Nähe zur Wohnung befindet sich eine E-Lade-Säule. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichbar.
