Situated on a farm between the picturesque villages of Broadway and Winchcombe this private annex is the ideal getaway or escape for visiting the Cotswolds. Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

Cirencester, 3 miles away, is an historic market town boasting several large supermarkets, Leisure Centre, ample Pubs and Restaurants. Outdoor pursuits at Cotswold Water Park, Golf Courses, Badminton Trials. 7 miles from Fairford, ideally placed for the International Air Tattoo. Culture in Regency Cheltenham.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two at mezzanine level (+ has a travel cot), an open plan kitchen and cosy living area + bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. Our cosy self-contained Annex is only a 10 min walk from the train station and the quirky town centre of Stroud. It has its own entrance and enjoys a small private sunny courtyard. The internal space consists of a lovely new kitchen area with a small dining table and chairs and a lounge area with a sofa and wall mounted tv. From the lounge /diner there is welcoming double bedroom, leading into a small en-suite shower room and toilet. The space is perfect for 2 people/couple.
