A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
