There’s a Ton of amenities in this Tiny house! It’s minutes from Lake Fork. New large deck.Long parking for truck and boat. There’s a big stainless refrigerator. Stove and cabinets stocked with pots, pans, dishes eating and cooking utensils. NOTE: there is not a dishwasher. Brand new washer/dryer and new queen size bed. There is a small bedroom and connecting bath with full size shower. There is a pond behind the house that makes for a tranquil spot. You will have to the property to yourself.

A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.
