Vacation home located only 2 blocks from beach public access with handicap accessible ramp. Fully remodeled from the foundation up with all new furniture and appliances. Large drive capable of handling up to three vehicles and a pool in the backyard surrounded by a high privacy fence. Only a short drive away from Cape Canaveral harbor and only 30 minutes from Orlando with all that it has to offer (Disney, Universal, Lego Land). Plenty of local restaurants, malls, and of course the beach.

Walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier! 2 miles from Port Canaveral with all the best restuarants and bars, as well as the Cruislines! We also have a Fantastic view off our beach of all the rocket launches! The house fully stocked. Equiped with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sunscreen and coffee.The house is one bedroom, however there is a queen air mattress for 1 or 2 extra guests.
