It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

The house has 2 double, 1 triple & 1 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A large open planned, fully equipped kitchen - dining room with a bright airy sunroom that opens onto a large private patio with Hot tub & permanent BBQ. Beech is one of four holiday apartments within a large converted barn situated near Goonhavern and 3 miles from Perranporth with its famous beach.Beech is a first floor apartment accessed up a flight of stone steps. A communal garden lies at the bottom of the steps with tables and picnic benches. The living room-kitchen is open plan and Beech has one bedroom and one bathroom. Oakridge Farm is set in rolling Cornish countryside yet close to facilities and within easy access of the A30.

Lusty sleeps 4 guests plus infants and is a fully equipped lodge with an exclusive Hottub for private use on the decking. Many of Cornwalls beautiful beaches are just a short 5-10 minute drive away, visit Perranporth, Holywell Bay, Crantock and Newquay Fistral Beach with ease. On-site communal facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal), picnic park with BBQ facilities, children’s play equipment and a small fish pond, and a games room with a pool table.

Carriage House is a spacious property in the middle of a working farm. Separate kitchen and sitting area with private garden and use of a field. Trefronick Farm has a beef herd and sheep flock and we have a dairy farm next door milking channel island cows. 5 miles from nearest beach (Perranporth) & 5 miles from Truro. It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome.
