Romantic getaway, total privacy within 18 acres of native bush. Disconnect from society, re-connect with yourself. Our tiny house in the trees is set amongst the ferns and pongas with seclusion in mind, only native birds as close neighbours. No road noise, off street parking. Nature permitting, you can star gaze while soaking in the outdoor bath, spot the milky way, or our very own glow worms. 15mins drive to CBD and Eat street, Gondolas, Canopy Tours, Hobbiton approximately an hour away.

Couple’s Retreat, Spectacular Views & Spa

Come relax & unwind at Burr-wood Gardens couples retreat, the Bays best kept secret set in established gardens, surrounded by native bush & abundant birdlife. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or a much needed ‘relax and reset’. You will be surrounded by nature and stunning vistas. The garden has been established for more than 25 years but the retreat was built in 2020. A great base to explore the Bay of Plenty. 5 minutes from golf course, 10 minutes from Katikati, 40 minutes to Mount Maunganui.

Kaimai Views, Matamata

Our small unit provides a welcoming place for travellers to stay. Although small our place is cozy, with a comfortable bed, wifi & Netflix, cooking facilities and utensils, with all the views of the Kaimai that one could want. A peaceful getaway - not completely shunned from society but, just enough to de-stress and relax. Feeling keen enough to brave the night? Lay on the deck and behold the wonders of the sky illuminated by thousands of twinkling stars. We aim to be a home away from home.

The Masters Chambers In the Country

This Lockwood cabin/studio offers an “Eagles” inspired theme on our quiet 10 acre block, located in Katikati. Waihi and Waihi Beach are a 15 minute drive away, and it is a 35 minute drive to Tauranga. You also have the opportunity to pushbike or walk some popular tracks in this area, which are a short drive away. This cabin has lovely rural views, so it’s a perfect 1 or 2 night getaway to enjoy some R & R! And remember "You can check out any time you like, but you may never want to leave!"

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

The Shepherd's Hut

Located at the rear of a residential home, this tiny home has its own private spa pool with outdoor lighting to accent the surrounding tropical plants. Omokoroa has an abundance of walkways and cycleways and this home is located on the doorstep of scenic trails with harbour views. 4 mins drive from the supermarket, bars and restaurants, golf course and 7 mins drive to main beach and amenities. No cleaning fee.

Kaimai Range Country Getaway

Kaimai Range Country Getaway provides a beautiful, modern cottage featuring expansive deck views. This is a perfect location to chill and do nothing or discover the endless attractions the Bay of Plenty has to offer. Whether it’s lazy days on the beach or other energetic activities you can do as little or as much as you wish. The Tiny Farmhouse is situated on our dairy farm just 10 minutes drive from Te Aroha. With rustic charm and views of open farmland, the Kaimai ranges and Mt Te Aroha it really is a place to relax and unwind from the busyness of life. If you love the outdoors then this is the place for you, we are located close to the Hauraki Cycle Trail and within close proximity of lots of amazing bush walks including Waiorongomai Valley, Wairere Falls and Mt Te Aroha summit.

Signal Ridge Cottage is a renovated and modern little cottage, located on a working dairy farm 14km from Matamata. Neighbouring Hobbiton, and with beautiful views of the Kaimai Ranges, we have all you need for comfort away from home.
