You will be welcomed by Hank and Beulah, the family ranch dogs. The ranch cat, Chris, and chickens will welcome you as well, and you may hear the rooster crow in the morning. No parties. Owners live in neighboring house on premises. No pets. Quiet guests, please, in order to respect neighbors.

The Little Red Bunkhouse is a private retreat located on a 50 acre working farm in rural De Leon, Texas. As our guest, you can relax and unwind on your private deck overlooking nature at it's finest! Pastures, woods, pond, cows, chickens, and wildlife! Gorgeous unobstructed sunsets and a sky full of stars! A country road for long walks! A comfy queen bed, plus a sofa sleeps 3. Private bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette with cookware, WiFi, grill, and fire ring (wood provided).

Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.

Within a few miles of the Palo Pinto Mountains State Park and a 30 minute scenic drive to Possum Kingdom State Park. The home is in the northern tip of Hill Country and has beautiful scenery with views of the Palo Pinto Mountains and a perfect view of the stars. Hotel quality beds that will allow for a great nights sleep.

I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest!
