We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Upton Hill Cottage | A peaceful escape

Upton Hill Cottage is self-catering farm-stay accommodation 16km into the Strathbogie Ranges from Avenel. It is surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards, farmland & replanted & remnant bush. At 475m ASL the cottage has panoramic views of the ranges & Goulburn Valley. Guests can meet the animals, ramble, birdwatch, cycle, observe native flora & fauna, fish, do scenic tours, marvel at the ancient granite formations of the unique Strathbogie batholith, & enjoy local wineries, music & restaurants.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Macedon Ranges Wilimee Vineyard Cottage

Leave the city behind for the peace & quiet of this secluded vineyard escape with a wood heater, morning sun and bush views. You'll have a private separate dwelling with a sun filled kitchen, benchseats, large bedroom with wood heater & vineyard views. A bunk nook accomodates two kids (bed length 160cm) whilst the space remains super cosy & european in feel. Sit in the courtyard & relax whilst the bbq cooks up a feast. Wine available. This cottage is best suited for families or 2 adults.

Queen size bed, modern furnishings, a functional kitchen, BBQ facilities and good wifi will ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a home cooked menu. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. A $15 per pet per night. Also a spa. $35.

Waterfront 4 Bedroom Home with Games Room

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and pet-friendly, absolute waterfront getaway with a private jetty. Enjoy your time swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing on the foreshore. The house sleeps eight, has a large open plan living area, a lounge room with comfy couches seating 12, and a garage decked out as a rumpus / games room. Located less than 10 minutes from Nagambie, there are a variety of restaurants, shops, and wineries in town or within a short drive.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Cortes Cabin

Welcome to ‘Cortes Stays’. Newly built off-grid cabin nestled by the Ovens River on our 100 year old Walnut Grove. Bathe outside in the outdoor bath, or use the purpose built steps that will take you down to the river's edge. Wander around the farm and over to another swimming spot, where you’ll find kayaks and a canoe for you to use. A large window at the end of the bed allows you to stargaze at night or watch the water flow by as you rest and charge your batteries.

Catering for all your needs; Corowa Riverdeck is the perfect place to stay as a couple, with family or friends, or for business. Corowa Riverdeck accommodates 8 people with 2 bathrooms. The house sleeps 6 with two bedrooms & the additional studio room sleeps 2. Enjoy the magnificent view with direct access to the Murray river. Bedding is made up, linen & towels provided for guests

Goulburn River Retreat

Not available to book until March 2026. This beautiful home is set on the banks of the pristine Goulburn river with it's own incredible swimming hole. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake up to birdsong, set on 3 acres, with no neighbours in sight you can enjoy the tranquility of this stunning property. A perfect couples retreat as well as a terrific family home, with an incredible cubby house, flying fox and plenty of room for kids and pets to play.
