Vous profiterez de sa grande terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur l'étang aux beaux jours, ainsi que de son intérieur avec son atmosphère douce et cosy, et son poêle à bois pour vos longues soirées.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

La boulangerie est à 2mn par pied, ainsi que l'épicerie, pharmacie, boucherie et bar/resto. Brantôme et Aubeterre sont accessible sous 30mn et Périgueux et Angoulême sont à 45mn. Petite maison climatisée avec séjour-cuisine et à l'étage chambre avec salle d'eau/WC. La cour privée donne au sud avec un petit cabanon pour stockage. Ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux animaux. The little house has rooms over three levels, with a generous balcony, private patio and use of the large garden. The garden is enclosed to one side and the river flows through on the other side. The river can be accessed for paddling.
