Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Renovated stone house, situated in the village of Vrh, 5 km from the city of Krk. A quiet location will give you enough tranquility for relax. Originally built hundred years ago, it`s the perfect choice for experience the traditional way of Krk`s life. The owner is a wood artist. He made all of the furniture by himself. This way he tried to visualize the old furniture in modern way.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Sweet Apartment Katarina

Aparmant is located on the ground floor of the house. The guest has a parking space next to the apartment. They are protected from street noise because the apartment is located in the back of the house where they have the peace they need for rest.
