Basement studio This studio is located in the basement of the house but has natural light from 2 windows. It does not have direct access to outdoor but from a stairs you can access to the garden and the heated swimming pool. The studio has everything you need for your stay, kitchen, bath room, 4k smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime, ...) The house has 5 apartments and one studio and is 100m from the sea. My place is close to centre, family-friendly activities. First restaurant is just 3mins walk.

Do centra Grada Krka moguće je doći za deset minuta šetnjom uz more. Gosti apartmana imaju svoj dio okućnice, ležaljke, stol i stolice, roštilj, tuš u dvorištu, parkiralište i spremište za bicikle i ostalu opremu. Od vlasnika kuće je moguće iznajmiti skuter, kao i daske za veslanje (SUP) te svoj odmor učiniti aktivnim.

This charming villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It has a swimming pool of 40 m². The beach is 500 m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms is specially designed for children. The living room leads to a large terrace. There is also a barbecue area. On the first floor there are three double rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning and free WiFi.

This newly renovated apartment is situated on the ground floor, 5 minutes away from the city center. It's big and spacious with a small balcony on one side and a terrace on the other. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a couch that can be made into a bed. Since it can get really hot during the summer, we provided the apartment with two air conditions.
