In a Villa's first floor is located 62 m² apartment in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.

The resort also includes a restaurant and reception. Possibility to rent a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, massages, etc. ​

Villa Rita I is a very special villa that enjoys a very prestigious location by the sea canal in Nin, in Dalmatia, with its own mooring for boats up to 9 meters and access to the open sea. For those who want to spend a lot of time on the water exploring this spectacular region, we have SUP boards and kayaks within the house. If you decide on a more extreme sport, there is a Sea Doo jet ski that you can additionally rent with our villa.
