These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Downstairs you will find an excellent and elegant pastry shop, groceries, typical trattorias and a big supermarket.

Il Castello di Ferrano offers to its hosts the chance of living an unforgettable experience: you will be the only guests in the castle, and everything will be for you (private pool from June to September, gardens etc..). Historical building, surrounded by nature, finely decorated, frescoes/moulding on the ceiling, ample terrace w/ stone and terracotta floor, private outdoor pool.. Good position. Preferably come by car.

Casa Nespolo - Cozy farmhouse in Chianti

This house is part of an old building recently refurbished and in the past was a convent which used to be a part of the castle estate located in front of us. The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes. IT'S RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A CAR TO REACH THE HOUSE!

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
