The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With everything a family could need. We are a Pet Friendly retreat with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. We have plenty of kayaks for you to use free of charge. We have a few friendly farm animals including Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses and an alpaca.

A staircase leads upstairs to the 1st floor, where you'll step into a light open plan living space including a full sized kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood fire and smart tv. Both the open plan living and bedroom have glass sliding doors to the large balcony and the stunning views. The ensuite including spa bath, shower and detached toilet. Burnley House offers a little luxury in a peaceful country setting. Furnished carefully to suit a grand bygone era. Burnley House offers a separate gazebo in the adjoining yard with your own BBQ and Pizza oven. You have exclusive access to your own private pool. Verandahs surround the house, overlooking the pool and a large, lawned, and paved area. Burnley offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and another two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs.
