Lokasinya sangat mudah kerana berhampiran dengan Norwich, Norfolk Broads & hanya beberapa batu jauhnya dari bandar-bandar pantai popular Cromer, Sheringham dengan pantai yang menakjubkan. Pejabat Ladang Lama adalah persendirian dan serba lengkap; tetamu mempunyai pintu masuk mereka sendiri ke dewan, dapur berasingan yang dipasang penuh, bilik pancuran mandi, lounge/bilik tidur dan taman persendirian.

Dengan kawasan tv, ruang makan, kawasan bilik tidur dan kawasan dapur kecil (peti sejuk, ketuhar gelombang mikro, pembakar roti dan cerek) ia menjadi asas yang padat untuk meneroka Suffolk dan Norfolk Broads. Terletak di pusat bandar lama, 5 minit berjalan kaki dari jalan tinggi, dan 15 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen dan pantai. Maaf - tidak sesuai untuk kanak-kanak di bawah 8 tahun.

The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
