More specifically, it has one master bedroom with a king size double bed, one full double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two single beds.The living room sofa can easily transform into a double bed, accommodating two additional guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen (from Nespresso machine to dishwasher), as well as washing & drying machine, responding to both short or longer stays. The Acropolis metro station is 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop right next to the entrance of the building. Taxis are available on most of the times parked next to the building's entrance. A shuttle or private transport can be arranged upon request at an extra cost. Tour buses begin routes 50 meters away from the building's entrance.

Apart from the main entrance, a second one is leading directly to the second bedroom. The living room sofa can accommodate an extra guest. For families travelling with baby, facilities for our little guests are available. Work space to place your laptop and keep your notes is at your disposal. The entire House, including living room area, kitchen, bedrooms, the yard and of course the terrace, is available to our guests. Driven by Greek hospitality we pay attention to personal check in and check out of our guests. Upon arrival a welcome basket will surprise you! The neighborhood of Plaka is a great place for sightseeing, home to the city's most famed historical monuments. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.
