An open air space to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine. You'll overlook Bita Bay, Long Bay and White Sound. You can watch the sunrise or gauge the chop of the water. Useful in so many ways! The main level of the house boasts a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. The open air great room has vaulted ceilings and an adjacent kitchen equipped with all you'll need to make your own meals. You can watch Direct TV or watch DVDs as you cook. Just off from the kitchen and through the French doors is a large screened porch with a table for eating and playing games. A propane grill stands ready for you to grill up your catch of the day. Upstairs on the second level is the master bedroom ~ Suite Dreams. It has a king size bed, cozy chair to curl up in and private screened porch with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and there is a stocked coffee station, microwave and a mini fridge. There is a wall mounted TV and numerous DVDs to enjoy. The house is equipped with strong wifi on all levels.

HTC has a whole house automatic generator so no worries about the ice melting if the power happens to go out.

"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

Apres Ski Cottage at Coco Bay

This brand new 2 bd., 1.5 bath well appointed cottage is just an easy 2 min walk across the street to the pristine Coco Bay. The cottage has an open-plan living room and kitchen that flow onto a charming porch with views of Coco Bay. Coco Bay has a beautiful beach with aqua blue water, a public dock and many turtles and rays. A leisurely 10-minute stroll brings you right to the Atlantic Ocean. You are also conveniently close to two resorts with dining and dancing.
