A quirky woodsman’s hut with wood fired hottub

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Recently filmed for Robson Green’s Weekend Escapes, The Swallow hut is quirky woodman’s hut surrounded by nature and the rolling hills, woods and rivers of Northumberland National Park and Dark Sky Park. It boasts a hand made 4 poster bed and 2 cosy bunk beds, a sofas, and cookstove. Outside there’s a private seating areas with a Hikki hottub and camp kitchen with a large cob pizza oven. It has underfloor heated Shower room facilities.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

The Granary is located on a working farm in the heart of Northumberland's International Dark Sky Park. It has kitchen/living area upstairs to make the most of the fabulous views. It is a perfect hideaway for two with a cosy log burning fire, original beams, real wood floors and a lovely flower-filled garden. Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.
