Le Gîte mitoyen "Le cyprès" se situe sur la jolie place arborée de "La Mouline" ouverte à la circulation. C'est une maison périgourdine ancienne rénovée, idéale pour visiter. Il se situe à côté du lac (avec un accès à pied par chemin pieton, baignade, pêche) et du terrain de tennis. Sur la commune, parcours pédestre, grande piste cyclable reliant entre autres, Groléjac à Sarlat, descente en canoë de la Dordogne. Aux alentours, châteaux, sites préhistoriques, gabares, animations, festivals...

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

Petit gîte en pierre, simple et agréable, au milieu des bois et des vergers de noyers idéalement situé dans le Périgord Noir. Grande chambre sous combles (assez basse de plafond) avec ses murs en pierre, avec un grand lit double king size. La climatisation assure une nuit de sommeil confortable même par temps très chaud. You will enjoy a large garden in absolute calm and the heated pool from May to the end of September. The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.
