Located on the outskirts of Panajachel, outside the hussle and bustle, you can walk to the center of town in 10 to 15 minutes, or go by tuk tuk or car in five minutes.

I have a beautiful house on the beach, 20 miles away from Flores and 30 miles from Tikal (Tikal to Flores is 40 miles, so your drive to Tikal will be the same length).
