This private palapa casita embodies the desert-meets-tropics experience of San Carlos, Mexico. The spacious open floor plan inside includes one queen bed, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a large countertop/bar for food preparation, eating and entertaining. The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

Easy access to all of southeast Arizona: Kartchner Caverns State Park, Tombstone, Bisbee, Coronado and Chiricahua National Monuments, Sierra Vista and Historic Fort Huachuca , great birding, hiking, and sight-seeing throughout the region including Ramsey Canyon Nature Preserve. If you have a motorcycle, we have a concrete driveway, so no gravel parking. Also many wineries nearby. Some people are aware that across the border in Naco, Mexico there are some excellent dentists. Off-the-grid, solar powered small studio with thatched roof has Starlink internet, a queen size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, hammock and a palapa shaded patio. Free parking is 2 small blocks away from the house. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cool box are provided. Dive shops, swimming beach and restaurants are located within 5 minutes walking distance. The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.
