Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Studio unit with a private entrance on the pool area. Great location 25min from LIR Airport, 2 min from the beautiful beaches of Playa Panama, 8 min to Playa Hermosa and grocery as well as daily monkey troops passing through the trees. It has a full kitchen, AC, a Queen size Murphy bed, Starlink WIFI, Hot water and secure parking space. The full gym and pool are yours to use. We often have fresh eggs to share as well as a garden where you can pick your own salad greens and herbs.

Modern Studio Hacienda Pinilla

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.
