It is the perfect location to relax, unwind by the fire pit, or play some volleyball outside by the community pool! Pool is shared with other duplexes at the complex.

Welcome to Tide Down! This charming cottage offers lagoon access, a 5–10 min paved walk to the beach, plus 2 bikes and 3 kayaks. Sleeps up to 10 with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, bunk beds, queens, and a sleeper sofa. Pet-friendly (max 2). Washer/dryer included. Starter supplies provided. Contactless check-in. Guests must be 22+, some exceptions can be made with $500 deposit, fully refundable pending no damages. Snowbird discounts available.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.

SouthWind East is a beachfront retreat on the quieter side of West Beach in Gulf Shores, with sweeping Gulf views and shared private beach access. Enjoy outdoor spaces just steps from the sand. With three bedrooms and three baths, it comfortably sleeps up to eight—perfect for families or small groups. Traveling with a larger group? SouthWind West, the adjoining side, may also be available to book for additional space.
