This centrally-located, ground-level unit in a low-density complex is a 5-minute walk to the beach using our private boardwalk directly across the street with a crossing light for safe, easy access. Stay cool in the pool or fish right in the backyard! Our lakefront view of the Gulf State Park will entertain - a visit from "Fred" (a local heron), maybe a glimpse of one of the park's alligators, but always the resident family of turtles.

When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. I hope you'll love this place as much as I do.

Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.
