The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Enjoy a stunning Rocky Mountain View of Needle Rock and the Pitkin Range. The space has many amenities for 1 to 12 people. Families, hunters, couples, all are welcome to enjoy the indoor/outdoor private areas with their rustic southwest decor in the lower level walkout. 1.5 miles from the "last genuine cowtown" Crawford, CO, (you might see a cattle drive going through town), 1 mile from the Crawford Lake, 11 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Stylish charm with two sleeping options. Queen bed on main level of tiny cottage or a lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.

Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
