In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Paradise on Prospect is a luxury apartment located along Elcho Park Trail in exclusive Prospect development. Off-season rates are automatically discounted in the calendar to make stays more accessible for smaller groups. For parties larger than 2 guests (over 24 months), an additional per-person, per-night fee applies and is reflected in the booking total. This pricing structure allows us to remain competitive while offering fair rates for both couples and larger groups using more of the space.

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts.
