Wooden two-storey cottage in the courtyard of the Golden Lion Hotel, Kobuleti, Agmashenebeli 514A. The cottage was built and put into operation in July 2025. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a shower, a toilet; a sofa, a table, a wardrobe. On the second floor there is a bedroom with beds. There is a large outdoor swimming pool near the cottage. A place to relax near the cottage. The beach and the sea are 200 meters away.

Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned chalet includes 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and a bidet. Guests will find a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven and a microwave in the well-equipped kitchenette. The chalet also features a barbecue. The spacious chalet offers a washing machine, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, as well as pool views. The unit has 6 beds.
