The place is kid-friendly, across from a wooded city park with rentable shelters, a playground and a basketball court. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

New outdoor shower!Outdoor port-a potty .Also has area for fire, wood available to purchase. No linens or trash bags provided and trash must be carried out. No pets! The seasonal hot tub is up by the barn!

This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.
