The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

Palm View sleeps 2 with open‑plan living, a double bedroom, shower room and a secluded patio with an all‑year private hot tub. This accomodation is set within the property of a young family home in a small quiet village of Hainford. Facilities include kitchenette with utensils, small fridge/freezer, oven and a two ring hob, kettle and toaster. Complimentary teas, coffee and milk on arrival. There is a lounge, separate bedroom with double bed and dressing table, leading through to a washroom with shower facilities (toiletries not provided). No EV charge.
