Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. DWGNRA offers swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and kayaking, all within minutes of the cabin.

We are currently rearranging the living room/ kitchen throughout May and will update the pro photos by mid June. We are implementing recommendations from our repeat/long term guests 1. Reduce the sofa-TV distance. 2. Face Sofa to the TV. 3. Make TV viewable from the Kitchen. 4. Improve Sofa location to ACs and Heat. 5. Reduce Energy Bill without sacrificing Comfort. This is a great house but its a challenge to alter the layout. Please accept of apologies for any inconveniences.

Cottage on a Fiber Farm

Stay in a cottage on a working luxury fiber farm. Small charming cottage has two bedrooms and one bath, a family room, dining area and full kitchen. It has a cute covered porch. This is grandma and grandpas house when they come to the farm and is furnished accordingly. If you are looking for a modern open space, this is not going to be for you. This property is not appropriate for small children, please contact us before booking with children under five.
