Surrounded by 23,000 acres of protected wilderness, this cabin was created as a peaceful family retreat from city life-yet it's just a scenic 1.5-hour drive from DC and Baltimore. Expect quiet mornings, fresh mountain air, and a true West Virginia getaway.

Located 1/4 mile from Sideling Hill trout stream. Five miles from Green Ridge state forest and hunting. Rocky Gap Casino and resort is just 20 miles west. C & O canal and bike path is just 10 miles east in the town of Hancock. Bow hunting is permitted on the property. One dog only unless other arrangements are made.

The home includes a gas grill available for use and fire pit with wood provided. Best suited for two guests, it can accommodate up to 4 with use of the futon in the loft. Located just minutes away from the Potomac River and numerous recreational areas!

Abby's Lookout is conveniently located just outside historic Berkeley Springs, WV. You'll find solitude and everything else you'll need to enjoy a piece of West Virginia. The renovated space offers a large kitchen for cooking meals for your friends or family. Relax on the deck or in the elevated hot tub while soaking up the incredible starry views. Sleep well in either a queen size bed or two twins.

Jackson's Ballad

Jackson's Ballad overlooks the C&O Trail and the Western Maryland Rail Trail. Walk to C&O Bike Shop as well as local restaurants. Check out Flannel on the Trail for shopping. Park your bike in the Red Barn then head on up to a beautiful 2nd Floor Apartment with a deck and LOTS of space.
