Set in the Sussex countryside, far away from any traffic in a small rural enclave in the South Downs National Park, close to the village of Henfield. Only 8 miles from Brighton. Separate entrance and parking from main house. Kingsize bed, sofa, large desk and chair, farmhouse kitchen table, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill. Bathroom with shower. Underfloor heating. Super fast Wifi. Smart TV.

Ecopod plus day summerhouse and street parking

Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.

Our Little Holiday Let

A beautiful studio built on the first floor with its own private entrance. The space has a staircase leading to the lounge area with fully-fitted kitchen and king-size bed sleeping area. Hotel-quality shower room. Views of blue sky and the South Downs make this bright, light space perfect for relaxing. Explore the village or venture into Brighton. Off-street parking and easy access to the Downs. Bring your bikes, walking boots or just a book! Cook during your stay or enjoy the restaurants.

Detached South Downs Annexe

Located at the foot of the South Downs, the contemporary annexe sits adjacent to our Grade II listed cottage. Whilst completely independent of our house (separate access and a small private patio) the French doors do look across the garden to our cottage. Superbly situated for walkers, cyclists and exploring the highlights of the area - beautiful villages, wineries, historic houses & gardens, or simply for a break. Easily accessible for Brighton, the south coast and trips to London.

Welcome to Little Strollings, set in Plumpton Green, a quiet Sussex village, the perfect base to explore the South Downs Way, Brighton, the market town of Lewes, the numerous beaches, stunning country-side and great local pubs! This beautiful, newly renovated, studio barn is a perfect break for couples, families, walkers, cyclists and runners alike. Mainline station with direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)
