Dans immeuble années 30 avec gardienne petit espace privatif cosy dans une partie très animée du 16ème arrondissement. Proche moyens de transport multiples pour visiter la capitale(10 mn en bus de la Tour Eiffel). Quartier très vivant, nombreux bars, bons restaurants et commerces d'alimentation à proximité. Convient à personne de sexe féminin de préfèrence et que la présence d'un adorables chat, Pénélope, ne dérange pas. Petit déjeuner offert. Séjour d'une à 7 nuits maximum.
