It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. The Distillers Cottage at the Vines Village is nestled on the edge of 4 acres of landscaped grounds that make up the Vines Village in Marlborough, New Zealand. Adjacent to the Roots Gin Shack and Elemental Distillers. Design-led and attention to detail is what we are all about and we would love to share our amazing place in the world with you.

King bedroom upstairs with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and deck all to yourselves in an elevated position at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac. 2 rooms with beds downstairs (please note there are no windows in these rooms).

Has off-street parking with a separate space for a boat etc. Exterior security camera. The apartment is located on one wing of the main house with its own entry. Filtered water throughout the whole dwelling.
