Perhaps the most ideal holiday cottage in the whole of the Scottish Borders. Situated in a perfect location with one foot close to the hustle and bustle of the heritage town of Hawick and the other with unbridled access to the beautiful Wilton Lodge Park. Entrance Lodge overlooks the Teviot river, with steps right outside the front door to the water's edge where little ones can go feed the ducks.
Welcome to 'Croft Angry,' built around 1850 as one of the original stocking mill's in the beautiful Border town of Hawick. This large renovated property boasts many amenities including; open fire, cinema screen, private outside space with hot tub, BBQ, large table tennis and pool table, glass room with balcony, stunning views, private parking and only 2 mins walk to the centre of the town where there are a variety of restaurants and shops. Croft Angry is only 1 hour away from 3 major cities.
This delightful new (2017) Shepherd Hut with cosy wood burning fire is situated in quiet woodland 100m from our home. It has spectacular views and is south facing to get the sun in the morning. If you want to get away for a peaceful break then this is for you. (So our reviews say!) Breakfast can be picked up from the bootroom - fresh baked bread, homemade museli in summer and porridge in winter - just ask.
