We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

Set in the beautiful grounds of a fifteenth century Wealden hall house, The Stables is a delightful oak framed cottage - a hidden-away and peaceful haven for two. There is a sitting room with woodburner for super cosy nights in, and the pretty bedroom has a luxurious 4000 pocket sprung king size bed, and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Outside is a secluded garden with a terrace, and seventy acres of woodland and pasture to wander through; our resident Labradors will be pleased to join you!

It has a shower room with loo and hand-basin and a secluded patio/garden with a fire-pit/BBQ. Mulberry Studio is close to Bedgebury, has glorious local walks, is walking distance to the 'Best Roast' pub in the UK and just 30mins to the beach.
