Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

This stylish mid-century cabin has a large flat lot surrounded by tall pine trees and local deer. The BIG panoramic lake view faces the sunset, for golden evenings on the deck or around the fire pit. Fully equipped for a short or long stay on exclusive Hayden Lake. Starlink WiFi. Ample parking.

Located between Couer d'Alene and Sandpoint, close to Silver mountain and Schweitzer mountain for summer and winter sports. *No direct access to lake from house

Stairs lead down to a private sandy beach with access to 2 kids kayaks, 2 adult kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Fire pit area and hot tub complete the outdoor paradise.
