It is also a great base for exploring and adventuring. A breakfast bundle (vegan/GF available) is provided for your first morning. Ninth floor apartment with huge 30 X 30 foot lounge in city centre home . You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.

The Blue Room, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed B&B in our family home. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Full breakfast included. For a large party, two other bedrooms may also be available on the same corridor. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Our tennis court, croquet lawn and billiards table is available for the use of guests.

Luxurious Rustic Cottage B&B

Tucked away just 300m from Paxton House, Dene Cottage has 1 double room with luxury bath / shower room in a rustic fairytale setting with woodland walks along the river Tweed. There is ample parking for bikes or car. A single room is available, listed separately and is not let, unless agreed, when the double room is taken. If both rooms are booked the cost of the single is reduced. This is a ‘b&b’ not a self catering property but good breakfast is included.

Cosy Bed & Breakfast style house decorated in traditional wood with excellent sea views and close to local amenities and walks and boat trips. King size bed with en-suite bathroom. Skye Trailers (Going north to south or South to North) often book 2 nights as we offer a taxi service pick up from Torrin and return the next day for you to continue your walk. Ask for details.
